Job Summary: Develop, implement, and evaluate pedagogical projects; advise teaching staff and promote continuous professional development; attend to students and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development and evaluation of pedagogical projects and curricula. 2. Provide technical advisory support to teaching staff and promote continuous professional development. 3. Attend to students and their guardians, and monitor teaching activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred: Specialization in Pedagogical Coordination and School Supervision and/or School Management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Political-Pedagogical Project and curriculum proposal; * Provide technical and pedagogical advisory support to teaching staff regarding analysis, development, and implementation of teaching plans and pedagogical projects; * Promote continuous professional development for teachers, either directly or through third parties, as appropriate; * Attend to students, parents, or guardians regarding learning and disciplinary processes; * Support and monitor teaching activities, considering challenges related to teaching and learning; * Mediate class councils; * Identify, analyze, and monitor internal and external indicators; * Input and monitor data in the school's thematic systems.
