Description
Perform support activities for administrative processes across all organizational areas, covering diverse tasks such as monitoring, recording document intake and dispatch, making and receiving in-person contacts and services, attending to suppliers, the general public, and colleagues from other departments, receiving requests for information, appointments, clarifications, complaints, etc., providing information on contractual coverage, facilitating authorizations for medical/surgical procedures, updating user registration data, offering clarifications or forwarding matters to the responsible department for action or resolution follow-up, complying with current legislation and contractual rules, ensuring service quality, aiming to resolve issues and satisfy customers, executing all necessary procedures related thereto, and preparing reports and spreadsheets according to the guidelines of the operational area.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide in-person service to beneficiaries, receive requests for medical/hospital procedures, and coordinate authorizations, coverage information, registration updates, and cancellations with relevant departments,
* Record document intake and dispatch, sort documents, verify data and dates, distribute them to recipients, and prepare/issue spreadsheets and documents as required by the organization.
* Receive and evaluate requests for authorizations for consultations, examinations, hospital admissions, extensions, and requirements, adhering to deadlines stipulated in the National Interchange Manual (MIN); also verify documents, identify irregularities, classify them, process them, enter information into the system, and finally archive them.
* Provide in-person customer service, attentively listening to requests and complaints, resolving them when possible per established norms and procedures or forwarding them for necessary action; strictly follow the script; receive documents, spreadsheets, and other items including authorization forms, contracts, implementation and/or updates, and enter the information into the system.
* Record beneficiary requests, such as general complaints, plan cancellation requests, and general requests (per the central service desk script), thereby complying with current legislation, drafting and completing documents, texts, and spreadsheets, filling out forms, and arranging authorizations.
* Register appointments and protocols per script, arrange release and unblocking of authorization forms for service, meet pre-established quality standards for service and information recording, and prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets by collecting information, verifying indices and indicators.
