




Job Summary: The professional will assist in the preparation, assembly, and decoration of bakery products, ensuring food safety, workplace organization, and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation and decoration of desserts and sweets. 2. Ensure workplace hygiene and organization. 3. Support the development of new recipes and waste control. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; Bakery and/or baking course preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, syrups, toppings, and desserts; * Assemble and decorate cakes, pies, and sweets according to established standards; * Organize and restock buffet items and dessert display cases; * Assist in inventory control, checking product expiration dates and proper storage conditions; * Accurately follow technical sheets and recipe instructions; * Comply with hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices; * Keep utensils, equipment, and work surfaces clean and organized; * Support the pastry chef in developing new recipes and presentations; * Control waste and contribute to rational use of ingredients; * Carefully read orders containing dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies and celiac disease) to adapt preparations accordingly; * Perform other related tasks as required by the department. * Request maintenance services. * Supervise food hygiene and safety in compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations to prevent food contamination. * Assist in cleaning machines, instruments, utensils, and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment. * Assist in pest control activities to prevent contamination.
