




RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education; Technical qualification in electrical engineering; Degree in electrical engineering or related fields is desirable. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a supervisor, field inspector, or managing service teams working with electricity; Valid class B driver's license; Availability for travel; Supervises the production of the field teams it leads, delivering billing results according to plan, performing daily monitoring of all its teams, from team departure to planning and supervision of its group of teams, where it will: Submit reports to management and end clients on the execution routines of projects, services, activities, or goals; Manage management indicators; Train teams to perform actions within the scheduled time and with quality; Interact with departments to ensure executed demands are closed accounting-wise, guaranteeing the company's financial health; Review, adjust, and correct the organization and execution of team activities together with field teams and their operational leaders; Request and schedule the demand for inputs, materials, or resources necessary for activity execution; Measure and control team productivity to achieve team and group targets; Identify operational bottlenecks and propose alternatives to overcome challenges, suggesting new process solutions; Define operational procedures and establish contingency actions; Execute daily, weekly, and monthly service packages; Coordinate with teams and subordinates fleet and maintenance demands, team schedules; Manage conflicts; Schedule presentation and release of new teams or employees; Review projects with the utility representative, ensuring efficiency in project execution.
