We are looking for a Technical Training Instructor (Leader), specialized in Transportation, to join our team! The lead instructor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that will equip our professionals in transportation operations. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in technical training, with a specific focus on transportation operations. It is essential that the instructor has a deep understanding of logistics and transportation processes, including regulations, operational procedures, and related technologies. In addition, the ability to clearly and effectively convey knowledge is fundamental for this position. You will design and conduct training programs tailored to our team's specific needs, ensuring participants acquire the practical and theoretical skills required to succeed in their roles. The role also includes continuously assessing trainee performance and adjusting training programs as needed to maintain high quality standards. Experience in the transportation industry is a plus. The candidate must demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and the ability to adapt when dealing with different profiles. The ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment is crucial for success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop theoretical presentations in PowerPoint; \- Responsible for the logistics and delivery of theoretical and practical lectures and training for operational staff; \- Design and administer theoretical and practical tests for drivers, including driving and maneuvering assessments; \- Manage training records to support day\-to\-day technical development of drivers; \- Conduct on\-site operational follow\-up with drivers, identifying irregularities and difficulties, providing guidance according to work instructions; \- Perform critical point evaluations and inspections of company routes; \- Ensure compliance with legal and operational regulations; \- Identify critical situations and define best strategies together with senior management, ensuring risks are mitigated, and take control of the vehicle if deemed necessary; \- Conduct integration of new drivers into their roles; \- Request telemetry reports and necessary evaluations. Implement new projects and training in other units when requested; \- Monitor updates and participation in school transportation courses at Sest with the entire company driver team. REQUIREMENTS: \- 3 years of experience as a Driver and as an instructor; \- Class D driver's license, preferably Class E; \- Passenger Transport Driver Qualification Course, Traffic Instructor Course, EAR, Defensive Driving (desirable), and updated School Transportation Course.
