That is why we are constantly seeking new talents ready to make a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate, lead, and guide all unit supervisors and their subordinates; * Monitor store layout according to retail, DUM, and wholesale realities, complying with company directives; * Verify that all associates strictly follow company regulations and procedures; * Track and maintain KPIs in accordance with company standards; * Develop cleaning routines for the entire unit; * Attend weekly meetings with the Operations Directorate and monthly performance review meetings at Head Office; * Monthly tracking of store goals and control items, applying the Simplified Action Plan and following up on planned actions (Month X: Actions Planned vs. Actions Completed). #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree * Postgraduate studies preferred * Flexible working hours * Prior experience in this role required * Willingness to relocate to Itabuna/BA.
