Contributing to social autonomy and strengthening bonds Legião da Boa Vontade (LBV) is hiring a **Social Worker**: The **Social Worker** plays a fundamental role in safeguarding rights, promoting social well-being, and improving the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities. They are responsible for providing guidance on social services to people experiencing social vulnerability, rights violations, and social risks, clarifying their rights and responsibilities to affirm and guarantee their social autonomy. The goal is to foster empowerment and development among these individuals, contributing to both their theoretical and practical formation, aiming at emancipation and strengthening family bonds, as established by the National Policy for Social Assistance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide users of socio-assistance services with security in terms of reception, family and community coexistence, and development of autonomy, through qualified actions aimed at expanding access to rights and social protection. * Monitor users’ development in alignment with service objectives through individual and multidisciplinary interventions, home visits, referrals, coordination with the network of services, and organizing meetings with families. * Conduct case studies and follow-ups as needed, assessing users’ individual needs and developing personalized intervention plans. * Provide individual and group support to users and their families, entering information into the institutional system. * Prepare reports, technical opinions, and assessments whenever requested. * Conduct social diagnostics to map and direct services provided. * Perform reception, qualified listening, and service referrals, entering information into the institutional system. * Monitor socio-assistance services and provide support to the coexistence team. * Plan and propose socioeducational activities. * Complete the annual activity report and other documents required for service registration and maintenance with regulatory agencies, ensuring necessary certifications for proper implementation of work. This process includes providing detailed information about activities conducted throughout the year, outcomes achieved, resources used, and any other relevant information demonstrating the effectiveness and quality of services offered. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s Degree in **Social Work**, with active registration at the Regional Council of Social Work * Preferred experience in Basic and/or Special Social Protection Services and in Services for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV). **Additional Information** * Workload: **150 hours per month** * Schedule: **8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health insurance — after confirmation; * Dental insurance — after confirmation; * SESC benefits; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities — **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building programs.
