MULTIFUNCTIONAL RENTAL ASSISTANT

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for driving and delivering vehicles, instructing customers on vehicle usage, and assisting with rental and fleet maintenance processes. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support for the use of rental vehicles. 2. Assistance with vehicle logistics and rental processes. 3. Collaboration in fleet management and maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Responsible for driving and delivering vehicles to customers, providing support and information regarding service usage, vehicle equipment, and accessories. * Assist customers during vehicle pickup and return; * Guide customers during boarding and alighting, assisting them with their belongings, equipment, and luggage; * Instruct customers on the use of specific equipment and accessories included with rental vehicles; * Assist in transferring vehicles between branches and fuel stations or other service providers; * Assist in verifying and delivering vehicle documentation during rental processes; * Assist in inspecting fleet vehicles, reporting availability/unavailability, and supporting vehicle dispatch for maintenance procedures; * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and completing all necessary steps to make them available for rental; * Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off rotating schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
