Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- The Forklift Operator will operate and drive industrial forklifts requiring basic skills and frequent guidance. In this role, you will ensure that material handling and storage procedures are followed to comply with all safety policies and regulations. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Operate a forklift to move uniform items, such as pallets, within production and warehouse areas. * Operate industrial forklifts to load and unload from ground level or low heights. * Pull loads from production lines based on frequent guidance and perform quality checks on packaging and labels. * Support other production or warehouse tasks under direct supervision. * Operate other manual or electric material handling equipment and digitalization technology, and enter records into an information system. * Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain a safe and clean workplace. * Other assigned duties **Qualifications** ------------------ High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Class B driver's license; Availability to work rotating shifts; Valid Forklift Operator certification; Experience in forklift operations.
