




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and infrastructure in corporate environments. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for end users 2. Maintenance and installation of store infrastructure 3. Configuration of operating systems and applications Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users, assisting in resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Store infrastructure services, including maintenance and cabling installation. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and drivers on computers and peripheral devices. * Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, such as hard drive failures, defective RAM, or network connectivity problems. * Perform preventive maintenance on computers and devices. * Provide technical support for meeting rooms and corporate events, configuring and troubleshooting audio, video, and projection equipment. * Record and document technical support incidents REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of Windows and Linux; * Machine formatting; * Board repair (preferred); * Installation, uninstallation, and configuration of peripherals; * Knowledge of networks and infrastructure. * Personal vehicle required.
