




* Administrative Assistant Main activities: Provide support to the Administrative Manager in routine activities of the Administrative, HR, and Finance Departments. Occasional support to the Executive Board. Billing, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Banking Activities, and Internal Controls of the departments. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; maintain confidentiality of information; Microsoft Office proficiency. Competencies: Good communication skills, commitment, discipline, professional demeanor, organization, and ethics. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of or experience in international logistics/foreign trade. Prior experience in Finance. Basic English.
