Job Summary: This professional will assist in bar preparation and organization, ensuring cleanliness, restocking of supplies, and setup/teardown of the bar area, working collaboratively and under pressure. Teamwork under pressure with attention to detail **SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF** **Responsibilities**: * Assist in preparing drink ingredients, such as cutting fruits, preparing garnishes, and organizing necessary service items. * Help maintain a clean and organized bar throughout operating hours, removing trash and arranging materials as needed. * Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts. * Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages and supplies, and notify the bar supervisor when restocking is required. * Restock beverages, ice, glasses, napkins, and other essential items during service. **Requirements**: * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. * Appropriate personal appearance and impeccable hygiene. * Fluent English.
