Main activities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and structural installations Carry out minor repairs in classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Inspect and maintain operation of equipment such as fans, lighting, and water coolers Support organization and setup of spaces for school events Conduct regular inspections of college premises to identify repair needs Manage usage and storage of maintenance tools and materials Ensure technical cleaning of outdoor areas and assist the general services team when necessary Adhere to safety regulations to prevent risks to students and staff. REQUIREMENTS: Education and knowledge: Completed elementary or high school education Knowledge of minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting) Basic occupational safety knowledge Experience: Previous experience in schools, daycare centers, and educational institutions.
