With a personalized approach, the company strives to meet each client's specific needs. **Responsibilities:** Conduct credit analyses (individual and/or corporate), covering documentation, risk assessment, repayment capacity, and scenario analysis. Structure credit operations in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Identify expansion opportunities by evaluating profitability, risks, and alignment with customer profiles. Support the sales team with technical information, analyses, and expert opinions. Collaborate with partners, financial institutions, and internal departments to facilitate credit operations. Monitor the credit portfolio, deadlines, renewals, collateral, and key performance indicators. Propose improvements to credit analysis and credit policy processes. Ensure excellence, agility, and security across the entire credit workflow. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ.
