Opportunity to work with agile methodologies. **Posted on: March 12, 2026** ------------------------------------- **Contract Type: Permanent** ----------------------------- **Remote Work** --------------- #### **DESCRIPTION** \> Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements from business areas and stakeholders. \> Develop and maintain functional documentation, including: Functional specification User stories Business rules Use cases Acceptance criteria \> Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements. \> Support the development team in clarifying requirements and business rules. \> Design test scripts and test cases to validate developed functionalities. \> Execute functional, integration, and regression testing. \> Identify, log, and track defects (bugs) until resolution. \> Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective). \> Validate deliverables prior to client user acceptance testing (UAT). \> Support the UAT process alongside end users. #### **REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS** Required: * Experience as a Requirements Analyst, QA Analyst, or Functional Analyst in software projects. * Experience gathering and documenting requirements. * Experience planning and executing functional testing. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Experience managing backlogs and using task-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).
