Documentation (Primary Focus) * Produce, review, and maintain various types of documentation: technical, user-facing, manuals, guides, FAQs, tutorial videos, and any other supporting materials related to our systems and processes. * Translate complex technical information into clear and accessible content for diverse audiences (internal and external). * Ensure documentation is organized, version-controlled, and regularly updated. * Create and standardize templates, models, and documentation best practices. * Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to identify documentation needs. 2\. QA – Functional Testing * Design practical test cases based on requirements and specifications. * Execute functional tests on products (primarily manual testing). * Identify, log, and track inconsistencies, defects, or gaps discovered during testing. * Generate evidence of executed tests and, when necessary, update corresponding documentation. * Serve as a bridge between Development, Product, and Support teams to ensure final delivery quality. 3\. Knowledge Management and Organization (Secondary Focus) * Structure, organize, and keep the company’s internal knowledge base up to date (using tools such as Confluence or similar). * Administer access permissions, templates, and governance rules for the knowledge base. * Support dissemination of technical knowledge through supporting materials and internal training sessions, promoting a culture of documentation and continuous improvement.
