We are expanding and seeking professionals ready to soar with us. **Main Responsibilities:** In-person, telephone, and virtual channel sales. Provide technical support throughout the sales process. Understand customer needs and present technical solutions. Register and prospect new customers. Prepare quotations for requests from companies and individuals. Negotiate pricing, research market rates, and assess discount margins. Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics departments. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Promote campaigns, events, and products via broadcast lists. **What We Seek:** * Candidate with completed high school education; technical or higher education preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector. * Solid knowledge of Commercial Refrigeration. * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. * In-depth knowledge of the products or services offered. * Aptitude for establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships. * Results-oriented mindset with strong goal achievement discipline. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Compensation: Fixed salary R$ 2.350,00 + commissions * Meal voucher or food allowance with monthly credit of R$ 500.00; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy benefits program; * Academic incentive program; * Birthday day off. **Location:** We have openings in Bonsucesso - RJ.
