




Availability for vacation coverage (30 days); Residence in Botafogo or adjacent neighborhoods; Provide welcoming and proactive reception services to ensure excellence in接待 services for clients and visitors in Portuguese and English, delivering information, directing people, and managing calls and correspondence; Handle various scheduling tasks, answer phone calls, organize information, and perform administrative support duties, ensuring smooth communication in both Portuguese and English; Maintain an organized reception area; Support visits, meetings, and events involving foreign participants; Digitize, register, and archive administrative documents; and other duties relevant to the position. * Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; interview will be conducted in English; * Excellent communication and customer service skills; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; * Emotional intelligence; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
