




We are looking for a **Cook** to work on **kitchen closing**, ensuring dish quality, sector organization, and compliance with Brewteco’s operational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the establishment’s standards. * Responsible for **kitchen closing**, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of ingredients. * Monitor expiration dates, portioning, and good food handling practices. * Support kitchen area organization and order flow during peak hours. * Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures. * Collaborate with service and bar teams to ensure efficiency and quality. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a cook in bars or restaurants. * Availability for **night shifts and store closing**. * Agility, organization, and responsibility. * Ability to work well in teams and under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume operations. * Knowledge of technical sheets and waste control.
