Promotion of quality culture within agile teams **JOB MISSION** You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Lance!'s digital products by engaging in test planning, automation, and execution. The focus is on delivering defect-free releases while optimizing the development lifecycle through agile practices and promoting a quality culture across the entire technical team. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to understand system requirements and usage scenarios. * Design, develop, and execute functional and non-functional test plans and test cases. * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using testing frameworks and programming languages. * Identify, log, and track defect resolution clearly and in detail. * Perform regression, integration, performance, and security testing as required. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective), contributing the quality perspective. * Research and propose new tools and approaches to optimize QA and automation processes. * Contribute to the quality culture by sharing best practices and knowledge across the team. **WHAT WE SEEK (REQUIREMENTS):** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Technical English. * **QA & Automation:** Solid experience as a QA Analyst, with expertise in test automation (Web/Mobile) using tools such as **Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework**. * **Development:** Proficiency in programming languages (**Python, Java, JS, or C#**) and familiarity with **BDD/TDD** concepts (Cucumber/Gherkin). * **Specialized Testing:** Experience with **API testing** (Postman, Rest Assured), as well as **performance and security testing**. * **DevOps & Infrastructure:** Knowledge of **Cloud environments (AWS)**, version control (**Git**), and integrating tests into **CI/CD pipelines**. * **Processes & Soft Skills:** Experience with agile methodologies (**Scrum/Kanban**), strong communication skills, proactivity, and certifications in the field (e.g., **ISTQB**) are a plus. **OUR BENEFITS:** + **Meal/ Food Allowance (Flash):** Flexible, available in either modality + **Transportation Voucher** + **Health Insurance (SulAmérica):** No co-payment; coverage extendable to dependents (spouse and children) at no additional cost. + **Dental Insurance (Bradesco):** No co-payment; coverage extendable to dependents (spouse and children) at no additional cost. + **Wellhub** + **Life Insurance** + **SESC
