Development in a multidisciplinary environment **About the BW Energy Internship Program** The BW Energy (BWE) 2026 Internship Program is designed to offer exciting opportunities for talent development and practical work experience. Throughout the program, interns will have the chance to engage in challenging projects, enabling enriching learning alongside experienced professionals from our team. Application deadline: 03/23/2026 **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** **We are seeking an intern with interest in maintenance and integrity, aiming for professional growth in this field and possessing multidisciplinary knowledge.** * Provide support for daily FPSO operations related to Maintenance and Integrity activities. * Support Maintenance, Integrity, and Planning engineers in FPSO operational routines. * Assist in issuing and organizing technical documentation, as well as preparing reports, work packages, and KPI dashboards. * Support backlog management for Maintenance and Integrity and track actions defined during planning meetings. * Assist in preparing and updating Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules. * Support Maintenance and Integrity planning and work order management via CMMS/AMOS systems. * Assist in requesting spare parts and services, tracking procurement processes and delivery status. * Support preparation of documentation for scheduled shutdowns and turnarounds (TAR). * Assist in managing critical spare parts and monitoring inventory levels. * Collaborate with Operations, Integrity, and HSE departments on multi-departmental maintenance activities. * Support coordination between onshore Maintenance and Integrity teams and offshore teams. * Assist in managing integrity documentation, including inspection plans and corrosion monitoring data records. * Support compliance with vessel classification requirements and Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NR), with focus on NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-13\. * Support monitoring and interfacing with suppliers for Maintenance and Integrity activities. **Requirements** **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Production, Marine, Naval Engineering, or related fields. * Expected graduation between 2027\.2 and 2028\.1\. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day). **Required Skills:** * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment. * Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Team-oriented attitude. * Practical mindset. * Knowledge of the oil and gas sector. * Web programming/development skills (desirable).
