




Job Summary: Professional to handle HR department routines, including hiring, payroll processing, and tax and benefits management. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in the RM Labore system **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and enter hiring documentation into the payroll system, with knowledge of vacation, termination, and benefits management procedures; * Submit and manage eSocial, DCTF Web, DIRF, and SEFIP; * Calculate INSS, FGTS, and IRRF taxes; * Manage employee leave and return processes; * Prepare DARFs for third-party INSS withholding. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Accounting; * Intermediate Excel skills preferred; * Prior experience with the RM Labore system is mandatory.
