Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for evaluating, preparing, cleaning, and delivering new trucks sold by the dealership, ensuring vehicles meet Volkswagen Trucks and Buses’ quality standards for presentation, functionality, and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (technical education in mechanics or related fields preferred). * Basic knowledge of diesel and automotive electrical systems. * Prior experience in vehicle preparation or at dealerships is desirable. * Driver’s license category \*D\* or higher. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality and deadlines. * Organization and discipline. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Focus on results and customer satisfaction. * Compliance with safety regulations and brand standards. * Easy access to the Pavuna/RJ region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
