We are seeking a Technical Support Administrator to work remotely and ensure efficient, secure, and standardized management of company devices. Requirements: We are a small but growing technology company seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Technical Support Administrator to ensure our support processes evolve as we continue to scale our daily operations. We seek a Technical Support Specialist with extensive experience in remote computer management, image deployment, remote updates, system cleanup, and reboots to join our team. The professional will be responsible for optimizing device configuration, maintenance, and security, ensuring maximum efficiency in remote equipment and IT solutions management. **Responsibilities**: * Using remote access tools such as AnyDesk, monitor, access, and maintain over 60 computers and other remote devices. * Reset and ensure cleanliness and security of remote systems, including using data wiping tools, ensuring compliance with security standards and data protection regulations. * Maintain clean and up-to-date process documentation. * Automate and manage operating system and critical software update processes, ensuring all devices remain current and protected against vulnerabilities. * Develop and maintain standard OS images and software configurations, automating deployment to new devices. * Provide remote technical support to resolve software, hardware, and network issues, ensuring business operations proceed smoothly. * Organize tickets submitted by the team and classify\-or categorize\-them, when necessary, by ticket type or service status. **Requirements**: * Prior experience in IT management, with emphasis on remote environments. * Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM), RDP, and AnyDesk. * Experience creating and maintaining OS images (Windows, Linux, macOS). * Familiarity with security and data wiping tools, such as DBAN and Secure Erase. * Ability to manage and apply remote updates to systems and critical software. * Solid understanding of security protocols, such as VPN, firewalls, antivirus, and encryption. * Ability to work autonomously and resolve technical issues remotely with agility. **Preferred**: * Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and cloud-based management solutions.
