Job Summary: Support facilities routines, ensuring the organization, maintenance, and proper operation of facilities, as well as assisting in the management of outsourced services. Key Highlights: 1. Support for facilities routines and organization of facilities. 2. Assistance in equipment and physical space maintenance. 3. Support in leadership of outsourced services and contract management. **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Support facilities department routines, contributing to the organization, maintenance, cleaning, and proper operation of facilities and work environments. Assist in equipment and physical space maintenance, ensuring safety, accessibility, and comfort for all employees. Provide support in leading outsourced services and monitoring contracts related to infrastructure, cleaning, and building maintenance. Collaborate with internal departments to promote an efficient, organized workplace aligned with the company’s quality and safety standards. **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed high school. Basic knowledge of occupational safety and accessibility standards. Familiarity with contract management and service provider monitoring.
