




The Maritime Technical Advisor is responsible for providing technical and operational assurance for DP Shuttle Tanker (DPST) operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant crude oil transfer activities. Acting as a key interface between offshore operations, clients and onshore teams, this temporary, shore\-based role supports operational integrity, performance improvement and emergency response. The position is based in Rio de Janeiro, with occasional vessel visits and very short embarkations as required. **Key Responsibilities** Ensure DPST to FPSO compatibility and overall operational integrity. Plan, coordinate and oversee DPST annual trials and station\-keeping assurance activities. Provide operational support and drive performance improvements across the DPST fleet. Coordinate Port of Açu assurance activities for VLCC double banking operations. Manage and support Petrobras approvals related to DPST operations. Verify and ensure compliance for third\-party cargo operations. Support business development initiatives. Provide 24/7 operational support and emergency response for crude oil operations. Act as the main technical and operational maritime interface between vessels, clients and onshore teams. Identify operational risks and propose improvements to procedures and assurance processes. **Required Qualifications** Valid maritime license: 2nd Engineer. Mandatory sea\-going experience in DP Shuttle Tanker operations and/or FPSO offloading. Strong knowledge of DP operations, crude oil transfer and station\-keeping assurance. Previous shore\-based operational or technical advisory experience is desirable. Availability for occasional vessel visits and short embarkations.
