**Kitchen Assistant (Temporary) \- Manufacturing Industry \- R$ 1\.680,00 \- Galeão \- 6 openings** **TEMPORARY POSITION — PLEASE READ ALL ADVERTISED INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.** Human Resources Consulting is selecting professionals to work at a large-scale factory. **Position:** Kitchen Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT \- Temporary **Number of Openings:** 6 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Clean, peel, cut, and portion food items according to standards Assist with basic culinary techniques (boiling, baking, grilling, frying) Support simple cooking processes under supervision Perform pre\-preparation and preparation tasks as scheduled Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, utensils, and equipment Assist in plating and portioning meals Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed elementary education Experience in kitchen operations (cutting vegetables, fruits, and/or meats) Experience with food pre\-preparation Experience cleaning vegetables and fruits Experience working in a Japanese restaurant / as a sushi chef (preferred) Experience in industrial meal service or catering (preferred) Temporary position (3–6 months) with potential for permanent hiring Selection process consists of two stages: Downtown Rio de Janeiro and Galeão Airport **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Galeão **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Benefits:** \- Transportation Allowance \- On\-site Meal After hiring, benefits include: Transportation Allowance, On\-site Meal, Childcare Assistance, Food Allowance, Group Life Insurance, and Health Plan. **Working Hours:** Rotating 6x2 schedule: Employee works six consecutive days and rests two consecutive days.
