




We are seeking a Condominium Doorman to join our team at Fawkes Facilities. This is a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents and visitors within our condominium. The ideal candidate must be responsible, communicative, and capable of maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. The role involves managing building access, verifying and controlling the entry and exit of people and vehicles. A strong presence, keen observational skills, and the ability to identify situations that may pose security risks are essential. The professional must also be prepared to handle emergencies—such as fires or security incidents—and possess basic first-aid knowledge. Additionally, the doorman will manage visitor control, answer phone calls and emails, and maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, are important. Prior experience in front-desk management or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and must have flexibility to accommodate changing schedules as needed.
