Job Summary: Accounting Analyst responsible for strategic involvement, ensuring the quality of financial information, legal compliance, and performing analyses to support decision-making. Promoting technical development and knowledge sharing The **Accounting Analyst** is tasked with participating in strategic accounting processes, ensuring the quality of financial information and compliance with legal obligations; safeguarding autonomy and continuous improvement of accounting records; preparing analyses that support decision-making in a dynamic and collaborative environment; and promoting technical development and knowledge sharing for organizational growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * PIS and COFINS: Monthly calculation of these taxes under the non-cumulative regime, validating input tax credits and verifying fiscal invoice compliance; * Ancillary Obligations: Submission and review of digital accounting records (ECD) and fiscal/lalur records (ECF) via SPED; * Accounting Closing: Execution of monthly and annual closings, including entries for provisions, depreciation, and accrual adjustments; * Financial Statements: Preparation of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement, ensuring accuracy of performance indicators; * Reconciliation and Analysis: Performing analytical verification of asset and liability accounts, identifying and correcting balance discrepancies; * Cross-departmental Interaction: Providing consultative support to internal departments regarding accounting and tax implications of operational processes; * Compliance: Ensuring application of CPC/IFRS standards and monitoring updates to current tax legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills (Technical Skills)** * Degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC registration; * Solid experience in the accounting field (Mid-level/Senior); * Experience calculating PIS and COFINS; * Experience with **ECD and ECF**; * Knowledge of balance sheet closing; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency; * ERP system experience. **Soft Skills (Behavioral Skills)** Concentrated attention, communication, discipline, emotional balance, organization, proactivity, resilience, responsibility, teamwork, agility, commitment, availability, and collaboration. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** To support your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance — you choose!
