The ideal candidate is communicative, organized, proactive, and possesses genuine interpersonal skills to establish human connection from the very first contact. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Initiate conversations with leads who have **already expressed interest** in our products (no cold calling). * Qualify leads and apply **sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling**. * Schedule in-person assessments and record all interactions in the CRM. * Manage the customer service workflow: **customer service, sales, and follow-up**. * Efficiently utilize digital tools including **WhatsApp Web, CRM, spreadsheets, and internal systems**. * Work with pace, consistency, and focus on daily targets. ### **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Sales experience; familiarity with WhatsApp Web, CRM, and spreadsheets * Excellent communication skills; sales-oriented profile * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in aesthetic/clinical or dental clinics Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Transportation allowance
