As a **Training and Development (T&D) Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of training strategies, employee development, and strengthening MG Cred’s learning culture. You will partner with managers to identify training needs, develop instructional materials, and track effectiveness indicators of development initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** · Support the identification of training and development needs by conducting diagnostics with internal departments; · Contribute to the design and delivery of technical and behavioral training, both in-person and online; · Develop instructional materials, presentations, and learning content; · Assist in managing onboarding programs and engagement initiatives; · Track and monitor T&D indicators, such as participation rates and effectiveness evaluations; · Support the logistical organization of events, trainings, and capacity-building activities. **Desired Experience** · Prior experience in Training and Development, including internships or academic projects focused on Learning & Development; · Hands-on experience developing content and delivering in-person or online training; · Experience with T&D metrics, learning evaluation, and training support tools is considered a plus. **Education Requirements (Mandatory)** · Currently enrolled in the **4th semester or later** of an undergraduate program in: · **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, People Management, or related fields**; · Coursework or practical experience in learning methodologies, communication, and human development is a plus. **Competencies and Skills** · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; · Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and managers; · Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva) and advanced Excel skills; · Familiarity with educational technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual platforms, and instructional resources. **Benefits** · Meal allowance, with option to partially convert into food allowance; · Transportation allowance; · Health insurance (after 6 months); · Ongoing training and development opportunities; · Birthday day off; · Educational partnerships; · SESC partnership; · Wellness partnerships: Wellhub and Telemedicine; · Career development plan.
