We are seeking a Tender Assistant with energy to join Biovera—a company with over 40 years of experience, recognized for laboratory equipment and specialized technical support, currently experiencing growth. As a Tender Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: * Searching for tender notices and new tender opportunities. * Reading and analyzing tender notices, identifying requirements, required documents, and participation conditions. * Registering and updating company information on tender portals. * Verifying, organizing, and updating all documentation required for participation in tender processes. * Preparing, assembling, and submitting commercial proposals, including pricing. * Requesting clarifications, filing objections, appeals, and extensions when necessary. * Negotiating with auctioneers and buyers during electronic auctions. * Participating in qualification, evaluation, and result monitoring stages. * Maintaining control over spreadsheets, tender reports, and competitor information. * Performing other duties inherent to the position. Requirements * Higher education or completed secondary education. * Knowledge of tender legislation: Law No. 14.133/21, Law No. 13.303/16, and Law No. 10.520. * Experience or familiarity with tender portals (familiarity with Petronect is mandatory; also desirable: Compras.gov, BEC/SP, Banco do Brasil, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation. * Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Education * Higher education or completed secondary education. Compensation * R$ 2,000.00 * Bonus upon achievement of performance targets.
