Company: CPFL Serv.Equi.Ind.Com.SA **PREREQUISITES:** Technical high school education; **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** Support and implement the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), conduct routine and specific occupational safety inspections and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage checks, identify conditions that may cause occupational diseases, and assist in redefining work methods or equipment operation criteria. Schedule training for Fire Brigade members and CIPA representatives; advise the legal department on labor litigation related to environmental risks; and perform other related and inherent duties. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze general and performance-based safety indicators (Behavioral Observation, PDCA, IPS, and KPIs), record data, interpret trends, and propose improvements to prevent incidents and optimize processes; * Implement and support the Risk Management Program (PGR), procedures, and educational campaigns, applying defined methodologies and tools to ensure regulatory compliance and effective control of occupational risks; * Conduct routine and specific workplace inspections using standardized checklists to verify compliance with regulations, identify deviations, and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Administer, under supervision, the control of approved PPE, ensuring traceability, testing, and technical compliance to guarantee adequate protection for employees; * Investigate accidents and incidents, collect evidence, prepare technical reports, and propose action plans to prevent recurrence and reduce risks, with management support and validation; * Identify conditions potentially causing occupational diseases through observation and technical analysis, proposing adjustments to work methods or operational criteria to safeguard workers’ health; * Provide technical guidance to departments regarding compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines, interpreting requirements and applying procedures to maintain compliance and avoid penalties. **YOUR ENERGY DRIVES CPFL** Employee development advances hand-in-hand with CPFL’s growth.
