Come be our intern in the projects area at ViV Saúde. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the creation and updating of project plans, including scope definition, schedule, budget, and required resources. * Collect and analyze relevant data to monitor project progress, identify trends, and support decision-making. * Participate in project meetings, record minutes, and assist in communication between team members and stakeholders. * Help maintain project documentation organized and up to date, including records of decisions, status reports, and other relevant documents. * Collaborate in identifying potential risks, assisting in assessing their likelihood and impact, and contribute to developing mitigation strategies. * Assist in allocating and monitoring resources, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to complete tasks. * Participate in activities related to project planning and monitoring, contributing to efficiency and achievement of objectives. * Use and keep updated project management tools, such as specific software or spreadsheets, to ensure data accuracy. * Contribute to evaluating project performance against established success indicators and KPIs. * Support in Requirements Coordination: * Assist in coordinating project requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and understand their responsibilities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello; * Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques; * Basic understanding of project management principles and concepts, such as project lifecycle, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and communication; * Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, among others; * Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with project team members and other stakeholders; * Ability to work in a team and effectively collaborate with colleagues from different areas and hierarchical levels; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability, demonstrating initiative to address challenges and find solutions. **Additional information** * Internship stipend; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Gym Pass.
