Come write history with us! \#**WeAreVitus** \#**ForALifeWithoutPain** **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * In-person and telephone customer service; * Support for the medical team; * Directing patients to appointments and exams; * Patient registration and scheduling; * Requesting procedure authorizations; * Digitizing referral forms. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Good verbal fluency; * Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office suite; Desirable Requirements: * Flexible availability (occasional schedule swaps); * Experience in healthcare customer service is a plus. **Additional Information** **Location:** Méier \- RJ **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays on a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM\. **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Card, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, and Transportation Allowance The Vitus Group was founded in 2019 with the goal of expanding our approach to caring for and valuing our patients' health, with the purpose of creating**an active and pain-free Brazil.** We are composed of brands with over 45 years of experience in healthcare.
