Development and promotion of software quality culture Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Availability for hybrid work in Rio de Janeiro/RJ (2 days onsite at the office); * Professional experience in test automation using Robot Framework and Python; * Experience in front\-end, back\-end, and mobile software test automation; * Experience in testing and automating tests for microservices; * Knowledge of Docker; * Experience in software quality routines; * Project management tools; * Basic knowledge of databases; * Experience with Cucumber and BDD-style test scenarios. Nice-to-have Qualifications: * English for conversation; * Familiarity with and experience using device farms; * Familiarity with test robot development; * Familiarity with report generation/issuance; * Familiarity with microservice development. * Develop, maintain, and evolve applications/frameworks for test automation; * Develop and support applications integrating test automation frameworks with project and test management systems; * Actively participate in managing and building Quality Gates and automated test structures within CI pipelines; * Develop and promote software quality culture across engineering squads; * Develop and implement processes focused on modernizing and evolving best practices in software quality. 2511170202461682336
