




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and scheduling procurement activities, tracking purchase orders, developing new products/suppliers, and negotiating with suppliers and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and schedule procurement of materials in A, B, and C categories 2. Develop new products/suppliers to reduce costs 3. Negotiate with suppliers and internal departments RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Plan and schedule procurement of materials in A, B, and C categories according to internal procedures and departmental average consumption, providing relevant information to involved areas; \-Track purchase orders with suppliers until goods are received by the company, ensuring compliance with agreed terms; \-Lead development of new products/suppliers whenever cost reduction opportunities are identified, improving payment terms and/or product quality; \-Negotiate with logistics and warehouse departments to guide and appropriately manage related processes; \-Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to better align procurement with business needs.
