We seek a civil engineer with strong analytical capability and systemic vision to coordinate operational and financial control across multiple construction contracts. This position does not focus on field execution. It is a strategic role responsible for ensuring: * Cost and revenue predictability * Data reliability * Integration among planning, procurement, production, and finance * Generation of consolidated project forecasts Key Responsibilities: * Consolidate monthly cost control per contract * Develop and monitor revenue and disbursement forecasts Act as the liaison between: * Planning * Technical Room * Budgeting * Procurement * Production * Finance * Ensure adherence to institutional workflow (planning → procurement → execution) * Identify deviations, risks, and potential contractual impacts * Support contract leaders in data interpretation and decision-making * Serve as the technical validation layer in critical processes (e.g., significant procurements) * Structure and consolidate operational and financial indicators * Contribute to historical record and traceability (claims / contract amendments) * Act as the liaison between construction leadership and report directly to the Head of Operations Solid experience in: * Construction planning * Cost control * Budgeting and measurement * Cross-departmental integration (head office and site) Expertise in: * Physical and financial S-curves * Construction forecasting * Analytical breakdown structure (EAP/WBS) * Critical contract interpretation ability Desirable Qualifications: * Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously * Experience in environments with structured processes (or implementing them) * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Sienge) * Experience with structured planning (lookahead, baseline, war rooms, etc.) * Analytical, structured profile with systemic vision This position plays a pivotal role in building the company’s operational predictability framework, serving as a key element in data consolidation, margin protection, and strategic decision support.
