Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a SENIOR PMO ANALYST are:** * Plan, structure, and lead projects related to the teacher journey and experience. * Manage strategic projects within the area, ensuring planning, schedule tracking, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. * Develop and implement initiatives focused on **teacher experience and engagement**. * Structure and monitor employer branding projects targeting the **teacher audience**. * Plan and support the execution of **internal marketing actions directed at teachers**. * Lead projects related to **performance evaluation of teachers and course coordinators**, supporting process structuring, KPIs, and result tracking. * Support the creation and implementation of **professional development programs for teachers and academic leaders**. * Structure and monitor initiatives for **teacher recognition and appreciation**. * Monitor KPIs and results of assigned projects, proposing continuous improvements. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for project and outcome tracking. * Collaborate with academic and corporate areas to ensure initiative execution and sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proficiency in the PDCA cycle and agile and/or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.). * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience in **project management (PMO)**. * Experience in **culture, employee experience, or organizational development projects**. * Experience building KPIs and monitoring projects. * Experience in internal communication or engagement initiatives is considered a plus. * Experience in projects targeting teachers or working in higher education institutions is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Work Location: Barra da Tijuca / Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexible options between 8 AM and 5 PM. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Full tuition scholarships** (up to 100%) for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
