Job Summary: Lead continuous improvement projects, coordinate the 5S program, and report KPIs, working in a multicultural and dynamic environment with a focus on Lean Manufacturing. Facilitate Lean Manufacturing/Office training sessions and workshops. Coordinate the 5S program, ensuring sustainability of the organizational and discipline culture. Report KPIs and align processes with international stakeholders. Participate in meetings with working groups from Germany, China, and India. **Your Qualifications** ---------------------- Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields). Proven practical experience with Lean methodologies and improvement tools. Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Advanced/fluent English proficiency. Proficiency in implementing and managing 5S programs and standardization audits. Analytical mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.
