This position supervises receiving, storage, handling, and dispatching of products, ensuring area organization, cleanliness, and safety, as well as accuracy in quantities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Supervise receiving, storage, handling, and dispatching activities for products, ensuring area organization and cleanliness, preserving quality and accuracy of loaded quantities, aiming to meet customer requirements.
Ensure area safety by guiding team members, drivers, and third parties.

* Monitor bulk and palletized loading processes, keeping them fast and productive;
* Identify possible discrepancies in items and loaded quantities, guaranteeing process accuracy and taking corrective actions when necessary;
* Ensure organization of the pallet repair and storage area;
* Perform tasks within predefined standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
* Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced);
* Knowledge of dispatching and warehousing procedures;
* Experience in people management;
Desirable:
* Certification to operate forklifts;
* Knowledge of integrated systems will be considered a plus.
