Here, all work is multidisciplinary, and every challenge is unique! **We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team.** \#LI\-TR1 \#LI\-ONSITE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the focal point between the Office and Operational Directorate departments regarding any matter related to the company's management system; * Disseminate and train staff on structured processes; * Monitor the implementation of new processes; * Monitor and support internal/external audits across assets; * Support the handling of regulatory non-conformities arising from audits, collaborating with subject-matter experts from each discipline and ensuring appropriate follow-up of action plans; * Serve as the Office's reference for knowledge of Management Systems, ANP regulations (SGSO, SGIP, SGSS), ISO certifications, and the ISM Code, supporting departments in complying with current regulatory routines; * Develop action plans to address deviations and incorporate lessons learned into procedures; * Map, standardize, optimize, and maintain up-to-date PRIO’s processes, standards, and procedures under your responsibility, acting as an enabler; * Manage process indicators and strategic and tactical business results, supporting critical analyses; * Develop and maintain dashboards for office visual management; * Support execution of office routines and meetings, ensuring standardization and tracking of required actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic background (degree if required or technical course);** * Completed degree in Engineering **Previous experience desired and/or mandatory;** * Regulatory knowledge of oil and gas management systems (ANP, ISM Code, etc.). * Experience and knowledge of Management Methodologies (PDCA, SDCA, MASP, Daily Routine Management, Statistical Process Control, Standardization, etc.); * Experience with quality tools; * Experience handling deviations and anomalies; * Experience in project management; * Strong negotiation skills; * Software development knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** **What is the selection process like at PRIO?** We like to get to know you a bit before the interview, so we ask you to complete some assessments during the registration stage to evaluate your cultural fit with PRIO :) Next, our HR team will schedule a conversation with you.
