### **About the Opportunity:** We are looking for a **Bakery Supervisor** to lead bakery operations in our **Copacabana** store. If you are dynamic, quality-focused, skilled at managing people, and eager to grow within the supermarket industry, this position is for you! ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead bakery staff, assign and monitor daily tasks, and develop and manage work schedules. * **Production Control:** Supervise the manufacturing process of bread, crackers, cookies, sweets, savory items, and fillings, ensuring consistency and quality. * **Quality and Cost Control:** Ensure delivery of safe, visually appealing products with production costs aligned with store targets. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** Maintain overall workplace organization, including the production area, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. * **Maintenance and Inventory:** Ensure proper use of bakery machinery and equipment, and conduct strict control of raw material inventory. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Completed High School Education * Prior experience leading bakery or confectionery teams (preferably in supermarkets). * **Desirable:** Vocational training courses in Baking or Confectionery. * Availability to work retail shift schedules.
