Job Summary: Telephone customer service to resolve complaints, inquiries, and needs related to installation and maintenance services for water heaters and refrigeration equipment, aiming for excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service for specialized technical assistance. 2. Scheduling management and service order handling. 3. Maintenance of registrations and statistical tracking. Provide telephone-based customer service regarding complaints, needs, and inquiries related to installation and maintenance services for water heaters, refrigeration units, hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, etc., as well as associated electrical components, aiming for excellence in the technical assistance provided by the company. Provide customer service regarding complaints, needs, and inquiries related to installation and maintenance services for water heaters, refrigeration units, hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, and other equipment/machines supplied by the company, including their respective electrical components; confirm and register data via the system; indicate procedures; schedule technical visits; inform service dates; issue Service Orders for technical support; advise on billing payment methods; explain amounts and interest; and perform other related tasks, aiming for excellence in the technical assistance provided by the company; Create and maintain updated customer registrations; Issue service orders for technical assistance related to installation and maintenance of refrigeration units, water heaters, hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, etc., including scheduling and confirmation of service execution; Maintain service order files for subsequent verification; Conduct statistical tracking of service orders; Perform other activities of similar nature and complexity as determined by immediate supervision.
