Job Summary: Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical and building installations, covering areas such as civil and hydraulic. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective electrical maintenance 2. General building repairs (electrical, civil, hydraulic) 3. Diverse maintenance tasks **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical installations; Install new electrical systems; Reconfigure primary switchgear cabinets; Activate/Deactivate power outlets; Replace lamps and ballasts; Check electrical circuits; Tripped circuit breakers; Power loss at outlets; Install power conditioners; Power outages; Program lighting systems; Others \- Electrical; Perform building maintenance, including opening, monitoring, and closing service orders; Painting and paint repair; Masonry repairs; Floor repairs; Door maintenance; Replace ceiling panel plates; Ceiling detachment; Civil; Unclog general hydraulic networks; Malfunctioning or defective valves; Replace flush tank kits and flush mechanisms. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in building maintenance; Experience in electrical, civil, and hydraulic systems. **SALARY \+ 30%** **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12x36 \- Day shift **LOCATION:** Rio de Janeiro \- RJ Employment type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance * TotalPass **LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:** * Electrical (Mandatory) * NR 10 and NR 35 (Mandatory)
