Building Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: A building maintenance professional will assist in various tasks, including hydraulic systems, painting, carpentry, and general support services. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in hydraulic maintenance and facility renovations 2. Support painters, carpenters, and masons 3. Perform cleaning, debris removal, and material transportation Main Responsibilities: Assist plumbers in maintaining and renovating hydraulic installations; Perform cuts in masonry, flooring, and slabs for pipe routing; Assist certified painters in painting walls, floors, ceilings, façades, furniture, doors, windows, and other structures; Assist scaffolding carpenters in assembling and disassembling scaffolds; Assist in other carpentry tasks; Assist building maintenance professionals in other building maintenance tasks, such as telecommunications, locksmithing, glazing, and related services; Clean the site where contract-related services were performed; Remove debris from the site where contract-related services were performed; Transport materials required for service execution; Clean and sweep construction sites; Assist masons in performing maintenance, renovation, and finishing tasks; Perform other duties compatible with the responsibilities of this position.
