Responsibilities and Duties Unlike a cleaning assistant (who focuses solely on hygiene), the General Services Assistant at Casa70 performs a "versatile" role. Tasks include: * Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors; cleaning windows, furniture, and restrooms; removing trash and disinfecting common areas. * Environment Organization: Arranging rooms, restocking hygiene supplies (paper, soap), and organizing cleaning product inventories. * Basic Maintenance: Performing minor repairs not requiring specialization, such as replacing light bulbs or checking for simple faucet leaks. * Pantry and Kitchen: Maintaining order in dining or pantry areas. * Support Services: Loading and unloading goods, moving furniture, and occasionally delivering internal documents or correspondence. * Setup and Packaging: Assisting with exhibition setups and packaging of items and artworks. * Proactivity: Supporting smooth house operations by anticipating needs. * Public access control * Event and exhibition setup 2\. Working Hours (Monday to Saturday) 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Breaks: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM \+ 4:45 PM – 5:00 PM * Total: 44 hours per week. 3\.
