Description
Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, conduct general cleaning, supervise third-party personnel when resolving issues beyond our scope, carry out frequent safety device inspections and tests, preserve visual appearance and lighting of the site, and implement all measures aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform operational PC support tasks to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinate with vendors for technical repairs; configure software; and maintain up-to-date visual communication at the site.
* Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request spare parts from Logistics via the ETA system tools and logistics carriers.
* Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, contractors, or maintenance companies) to perform repairs on identified faults.
* Continuously monitor equipment safety devices, checking for signs of tampering or attempted fraud. For this purpose, apply technical knowledge of system operation and use a test template, performing maintenance as required.
* Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, as well as visual aspects such as paint, stickers, dirt, etc., using cleaning materials and replacement parts, and engaging contractors when tasks fall outside assigned responsibilities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
* Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software);
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory;
* Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotating 5x2 schedule).
