Monitor sales targets and results, ensuring established objectives are achieved. Conduct store and point-of-sale visits to verify implementation of commercial activities. Ensure proper execution of merchandising and product exposure at points of sale. Train the team on products and sales techniques. Prepare performance reports and track results. Identify opportunities for sales improvement and growth. Maintain good relationships with store managers and responsible personnel. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Sales Team Leader, or Commercial Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
