The professional will be responsible for ensuring the best experience for beneficiaries served at our clinics.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Guide beneficiaries on primary healthcare (PHC), clarifying concepts related to good health practices. Actively conduct nursing consultations for beneficiaries. Document performed procedures in the system, adhering to nursing principles and the standardized forms already available in the system. Monitor beneficiary-related issues in collaboration with the coordinating nurse and the assigned family physician, using Digital Health tools. Handle technical outpatient demands, including direct patient care and supervision of medication administration, wound dressings, and laboratory specimen collection. Supervise nursing activities jointly with the coordinating nurse to maintain quality standards aligned with technical criteria and patient safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Active COREN registration. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance: BRL 42.00; Transportation Allowance; Birthday Day Off; Health Insurance with no payroll deduction; Dental Insurance with no payroll deduction; Total Pass; Discounts on courses and university tuition.
